SkipEye ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information through our mobile application (the "App"), web application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use our Services.
Important: SkipEye is a business-to-business (B2B) service designed for skip hire companies. Understanding data ownership is essential.
We provide login credentials to your company upon registration. These credentials include a company-specific authentication identifier and password. The App itself does not collect additional personal information during the registration process.
When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:

For Employees: Individual employees using the app should direct privacy-related requests through their employer, as the employer is the data controller in this relationship.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Note that data is also automatically deleted after 3 months by default.
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those of your country. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer, storing, and processing.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, as SkipEye does not sell personal information and is designed for business use only, most provisions of the CCPA may not apply.
