Important: SkipEye is a business-to-business (B2B) service designed for skip hire companies. Understanding data ownership is essential.

Information Provided at Registration

We provide login credentials to your company upon registration. These credentials include a company-specific authentication identifier and password. The App itself does not collect additional personal information during the registration process.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:

Precise Location To accurately record job positions for skip deliveries and collections. Collected only when the App is in use.
Images To document skip deliveries and collections. Captured via device camera with your permission.
Usage Information Features used and time spent on the App to improve our Services.
Device Tokens Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver push notifications for job assignments.

We do not collect device-specific information such as your device model, operating system version, or other hardware identifiers.

By default, we retain your data for a period of 3 months, after which it is automatically deleted from our systems. Longer retention periods are available for companies that require extended data access for analytical purposes (additional fees may apply).

For Employees: Individual employees using the app should direct privacy-related requests through their employer, as the employer is the data controller in this relationship.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data:

  1. Employees: Contact your company administrator, who can delete your data directly

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Note that data is also automatically deleted after 3 months by default.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those of your country. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer, storing, and processing.
