Data Deletion Request

At SkipEye, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how data deletion works within our enterprise service.

Important: SkipEye is a business-to-business (B2B) enterprise application. All data collected through the app belongs to the company that has contracted for the SkipEye service. Your employer is the data controller and has primary responsibility for managing your data.

Understanding Data Ownership

As an employee using SkipEye, the data you generate (location, photos, job records) belongs to your employer, not to you personally. This is because:

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Contact your employer first - Your company administrator has full control over your account and can delete your data directly through the admin dashboard. This is the fastest route.
  2. Or contact SkipEye directly - If you cannot reach your administrator or your employment has ended, you may contact us using the button below.
  3. Provide verification details - Include your driver name, company name, and any other details to help us locate your account.
  4. Receive confirmation - We will process verified requests and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Automatic Data Retention

By default, SkipEye retains operational data for 3 months, after which it is automatically deleted from our systems. Companies may opt for extended retention periods for analytical purposes.

Processing Time

Manual deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
